ELIGIBILITY: The Victoria's Secret Pink Bowl Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes" or "Promotion") is offered and open only in the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia to natural persons age 18 or older who are legal U.S. residents ("Entrant" or "Participant"). Employees, officers, and directors of Victoria's Secret Stores Brand Management, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Alcone Marketing Group, ipsh!, and each of their respective parents, affiliates and/or subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, web masters and web suppliers, and the immediate family members (mother, father, brother, sister, daughter, son, or spouse, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household of such persons (whether or not related), are not eligible. By participating, Entrant (and Entrant's parent/legal guardian if Entrant is a minor in jurisdiction of residence) agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or judges which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. 2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins on September 18, 2008 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on December 10, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. The Sweepstakes database is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

2. To begin, text "Bowl" to VS Pink (877465) on your mobile phone (also referred to herein as "cell phone" or "cellular phone"). Your cell phone number and wireless service provider/carrier will automatically be captured in the database. You will receive a return message asking that you text a "Yes" confirmation to VS Pink (877465). By texting "Yes" to VS Pink (877465): (i) you will be confirming that you are 18 older, (ii) you will be confirming that you have had access to, have read, and are agreeing to these Official Rules, (iii) you understand that no purchase or text message is necessary, (iv) you are agreeing to receive text replies from Sponsor, and (v) you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes. If you text anything other than "Yes" to VS Pink (877465), you are not eligible and cannot participate in the Sweepstakes. Thereafter, you need only text "Bowl" to VS Pink (877465) to agree to the above requirements and receipt of reply text messages and to receive an additional entry into the Sweepstakes (subject to the entry limitation indicated below). For an entry to be valid, it must be received and recorded by the Sweepstakes database. If text message is incomplete or otherwise inaccurate or ineligible you will NOT be entered in the Sweepstakes.
3. While text message entry is designed to work with most major wireless carriers, neither Sponsor nor any other person or entity makes any guarantee that any particular wireless service provider will be compatible with this Promotion. Entrants may incur text-messaging charges in connection with attempted entries and corresponding error or other messages even if their attempted entry or message does not go through because of connectivity or other problems. 1. Hand print your name, address, telephone number and indication of whether you are 18 or older on a 3" x 5" card.
2. Insert the completed entry card into a hand printed first class stamped envelope and mail it to: The Victoria's Secret Pink Bowl Sweepstakes Entries, P.O. Box 17033, Bridgeport, CT 06676-7033. Entries must be postmarked by December 10, 2008 and received by December 17, 2008. No mechanically reproduced, copied or facsimile entries allowed. Limit one entry per outer stamped envelope. Entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

1. Go to www.vspink.com and follow directions on website on how to enter the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and its affiliates may use the information you provide to enter the Sweepstakes (for example, name and e-mail address) to deliver information to you about PINK products, promotions and events.
LIMIT OF ONE ENTRY PER EMAIL ADDRESS PER DAY (AS DEFINED ABOVE).
No other forms of participation are valid. METHOD OF PARTICIPATION USED WILL HAVE NO EFFECT ON THE CHANCE OF WINNING.
4. DRAWING: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing (from among all eligible entries received) on or about December 23, 2008. Drawing will be conducted by an independent judging agency, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by phone (if text message entrant)/e-mail (if online entrant)/mail (if mail entrant) within five (5) business days of drawing. If winner cannot be notified after three (3) attempts within those five (5) business days, an alternate winner will be randomly selected. If winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of, or to, winner's parent/legal guardian who must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of winner, both on behalf of himself/herself and winner, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to a randomly selected alternate winner.
5. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for winner and one (1) guest to Miami, Florida from December 31, 2008 to January 4, 2009 to attend the Orange Bowl on January 1, 2009 and the Victoria's Secret Pink Bowl party afterwards. Trip includes roundtrip, coach air transportation from major U.S. airport closest to winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor), four (4) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room double occupancy), and ground transportation to/from airport/hotel. Winner will also receive $250 worth of Victoria's Secret Pink products (retail value) and two Nintendo DS units "bejeweled" with the Victoria's Secret Pink logo, plus two games with each unit. Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if winner lives within a reasonable driving distance of Miami, as determined by Sponsor, and to award no additional prize in lieu of air transportation. Approximate Retail Value of prize: $4,000. Actual prize value may vary depending on city of departure and fares at time of departure. Prize Restrictions: If a winner cannot accept the prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate randomly selected winner. Meals, tips and other expenses not stated in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize allowed, but Sponsor reserves right to substitute for the advertised prize or any prize component, a prize/prize component of equal or greater value if the advertised prize/prize component becomes unavailable for any reason. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of the prize. All travel is subject to airline and hotel availability, blackout dates, and other restrictions. Travel must take place on dates and at times specified by Sponsor. If winner is unavailable on specified travel dates, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. Reservations and airline tickets are non-refundable for cash or credit, non-transferable and non-changeable. If lost, they will not be replaced. Victoria's Secret Pink Bowl party has NO retail value. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for postponement or cancellation of the Orange Bowl or the Victoria's Secret Pink Bowl party. If, for any reason, the Orange Bowl and/or the Victoria's Secret Pink Bowl party is postponed or cancelled, trip will be awarded on same itinerary without that portion of the prize and winner will not receive any additional compensation.
6. ODDS. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Participants (and Participant's parent/legal guardian, if Participant is a minor) agree (a) that Sponsor, Alcone Marketing Group, ipsh!, their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (individually and collectively "Releasees") are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Participants (and a Participant's parent/legal guardian, if Participant is a minor) against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages (whether due to negligence or otherwise) of any kind (whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive) to person(s), including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize or any component thereof or participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activities and (b) winner (and his/her parent/legal guardian, if winner is minor) by acceptance of a prize grants (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) permission to Sponsor and those acting under its authority the right to the use of his/her name, picture, likeness, voice, biographical information and statements, at any time or times, in perpetuity, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner (or winner's parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor) will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, and where lawful a Publicity Release and an IRS W-9 Form within three (3) days of receipt of same. If documents are not returned timely, or if the prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner randomly selected. The guest must complete, sign and return a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is a minor, release must be signed by parent/legal guardian on his/her behalf.

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS: Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, postage due or non-delivered entries, mail or email; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Web site, telephone, or cell phone text messaging availability or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software or text message malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party or like entry methods will void all such entries affected by such methods, and disqualify any Entrant using such methods. Releasees are not responsible for injury or damage to Participant's or to any other person's computer or cellular phone related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading or receiving materials from or use of the cellular phone or Web site. In case of dispute, any text message entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the cellular phone number account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry, who will be deemed the Participant and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account holder of the cellular phone number is deemed to be the natural person to whom the applicable phone number has been assigned by the wireless or cellular service provider, carrier, or other organization responsible for assigning phone numbers. In case of dispute, any online entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry, who will be deemed the Participant and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account holder of the email address is deemed to be the natural person assigned to the email address by the organization responsible for assigning email addresses.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THE WEB SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION/ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, Entrants (and Entrant's parent/legal guardian if Entrant is a minor) agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, or the determination of the winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective, and (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrant and/or Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, to the extent permitted shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard for the conflicts of law doctrine of that State or any other jurisdiction.
